  • All prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout: business customers in another EU member state with a valid VAT ID are not charged VAT - the reverse charge applies (Art. 196 of the EU VAT Directive). Lithuanian customers are charged Lithuanian VAT.
  • Annual billing saves 17% on Starter and Professional.
  • Unlimited consumer scans on every plan. A shopper scanning your product is never your cost.

Consulting

Some compliance work no software does alone. Our consultants - the team that builds the platform - deliver DPP readiness assessments and gap reviews against the Battery Regulation's Annex XIII and the EN 1821x harmonised standards, PPWR conformity documentation setup, EU-registry enrolment assistance including QSeal/QES guidance, identifier strategy (GS1, DID, or self-issued; EOID schemes), and data onboarding.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a published passport?

A passport visible on its public consumer page. Drafts and archived versions do not count against your limit.

Do you charge per scan?

No. Scans are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Can I pay by invoice?

Enterprise plans are invoiced (NET-30, bank transfer). Self-serve plans use card or SEPA Direct Debit.

Can I downgrade or cancel?

You can move to any plan whose passport limit covers what you have published. EU-registered passports cannot be unpublished, so they set your minimum plan. If you cancel, your published passports stay online read-only, as EU law requires, and you can transfer them to another provider at any time.
