You get: A clause-by-clause gap report, a prioritised fix list, and a readiness score you can show your management.

PPWR conformity documentation setup
Inventory of your packaging types, an Annex VII technical file and an Annex VIII Declaration of Conformity per type, retention set up for the 5- and 10-year periods, and a surveillance pack tested end to end.
You get: Signed declarations and evidence files in your packaging records, ready for a market-surveillance request.

EU registry enrolment
The Commission's Digital Product Passport Registry is live. We guide you through EU Login, the qualified electronic seal (QSeal) or signature (QES) from a qualified trust service provider - with certificate attributes that match your enrolment data exactly - verification in the test environment first, and the choice that follows: register with self-serve batch files, or have Soverio prepare and submit your registrations - through your verified account today, on your behalf as soon as the registry opens third-party registration (IR 2026/1778 Art. 19(4)).
You get: Your organisation enrolled and verified as an economic operator, a registration channel set up against the registry's test environment, and a registration runbook for your team.

Identifier strategy
GS1 Digital Link, W3C DID or a self-issued identifier under EN 18219; your own subdomain or your own domain; the EU operator identifier and commodity codes the registry checks; and the rules every unique product identifier must meet - https, resolves at all times, permanent for the life of the passport.
You get: An identifier scheme per product line, documented and configured in the platform.

Data onboarding
Mapping your existing product data to the passport schema, CSV import, supplier invitations for the data you do not hold, translations across the platform's 24 languages, and access tiers for the data that must stay restricted.

Do I need the platform to use the consulting?
No. Assessments and documentation work stand alone. If you use the platform, the results land directly in your passports and packaging records.
Can Soverio register passports for us?
Yes. On the Enterprise plan, as part of consulting services, we prepare and submit your registrations through your verified account and will register on your behalf as soon as the registry opens third-party registration.
How is consulting priced?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted up front and invoiced once, separately from the platform subscription.
Can you help before the delegated act for my product group exists?
Yes. The readiness matrices are built on the regulation, the Commission's preparatory work and the harmonised standards, marked provisional until the act lands, and we update the assessment then.
